Rheology Study of Polyurethane for PSA Additiv |
초록 |
Among biomass-derived alcohols, 2,5-bishydroxymethyl tetrahydrofuran (THFDM) is a common chemical structure. In the recent years, conversion of THFDM to other fine chemicals has received increasing attention. In this study, we synthesized PU based on furan by polycarbonyl diol (PCD), hexamethylene diisocyanate (IPDI) and THFDM. The synthesized PU showed high viscosity. The PU was used as an additive to optical clear resin (OCR). Nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer (NMR) and FT-IR was used to confirm the chemical reaction. The rheological properties of OCR using PU based on furan as additive analyzed rheometer. |
