Coronary artery disease had been treated by percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) as a Drug-eluting stent. Drug-eluting stent have improved in-stent restenosis with bare metal stent after PTCA. Our study was conducted to compare the siorlimus-eluting stent and commecial drug-eltuign stent in porcine coronary restenosis model for 1 ,3, and 6 month.
