Flexible nano patterned substrate for polymer solar cells |

In this study, bulk heterojunction solar cells that introduces on the nano-embossing patterned substrate were fabricated by a solution imprint technique. The flexible patterned substrate was produced with UV-curable PUA resin on the PC film by using embossing patterned PDMS molds as a stamp. The flexible nano-patterned substrate with ordered structures led to improved light absorption and increased interfacial contact area between the anode and polymer. PTB7:PCBM blend organic solar cell fabricated on this highly flexible electrode gives an efficiency of 5%. |
