Recently, human beings require distributed, potable, and independent power source. Accordingly, the additional electric power generation in buildings and cars will be gradually important in near future so that the needs for developing BIPVs and VIPVs will be increased. The AVT and neutral color is important factor in semi-transparent solar cells for BIPVs and VIPVs because more areas are being occupied by windows and sun-roof in buildings and cars. Here, we introduced UV curable passivation layer to selectively deposit the passivation layer in the gaps between MAPbI3 perovskite islands because the MAPbI3 perovskite islands can selectively cut the penetration of UV light in the FTO/bl-TiO2/island-morphology-perovskite layer film. Through the formation of UV curable passivation interlayer, we fabricated ∼10% semi-transparent sandwich type MAPbI3 perovskite sub-module which had ∼1.5% degradation of initial efficiency after continuous light soaking of 1 Sun. |
