제목 The coating effects of nanosize TiO2 on the SnO2 hollow nanosphere as anode of lithium ion battery
초록 The NH4OH aqueous solution was added to the ethanol solution containing SiO2, TiO2, and SnCl2 to form a core-shell structure. The SnO2-TiO2 hollow spheres were prepared by leaching SiO2 from SiO2 core/SnO2-TiO2 shell spheres. The properties of SnO2-TiO2 hollow nanosphere as anode material of lithium ion battery were investigated by cycling voltammetry, galvanostatic charging/discharging curves, and impedance spectroscopy. The coating effects of nanosize TiO2 on SnO2 hollow nanosphere to improve cycling performance and reversible capacity as anode materials will be discussed.
