제목 Preparation of Hollow Silica Sphereforthe Thermal Insulation Paint
초록 Thermal insulation is referred to the materials used to reduce, or the methods and processes used to reduce heat transfer.The thermal insulation paint is the energy saving material, which enhance the thermal efficiency by reducing heat flow with thermal insulating materials. Hollow-spheres were prepared by emulsion/extraction method by using colloidal silica to produce the high porous hollow silica, so that it may help to reduce heat loss. The morphology, average particle size, thermal and physical properties of the microsphere were examined by SEM, PSA, thermal conductivity, density, infrared spectroscopy, to study the effects of processing variables of sol type, sol-concentration, stirring rate, and surface modification.
