제목 Polymerization of the thiophene derivative introduced electron transporting material and hole transporting moiety for OLED
초록 Polythiophene has been widely used as emission layer for organic light emitting diode and organic semiconductor for organic solar cell. In this research, EL materials were synthesized through co-polymerization with thiophene introduced benzotriazole which uses electron transporting material and octylcarbazole which plays a role as hole transporting material in EL device. These materials are expected to perform high efficiency owing to the existence of both electron transporting material and hole transporting material in the single layer of one copolymer. Synthesized compounds were characterized by FT-IR, H1-NMR, GPC, TGA and spectroscopic analysis.
