제목 Electrode Modification by Reduced Graphene Oxide Sheet-Gold Nanoparticle Complex to Improve Efficiency of Electrochemical Biosensor Detecting Dopamine
초록 One of the most critical neurotransmitters which has a major role in the central nervous system is dopamine. Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s diseases are related with a deficiency of dopamine and the detection of it is essential for the early diagnosis. In this study, we modified an electrode of an electrochemical sensor with reduced graphene oxide sheet (rGS) –gold nanoparticle(GNP) complex to determine dopamine and ascorbic acid within a range of 0.1–100μM. The rGSs having π–π interaction with dopamine and GNPs immobilized on the these sheets can improve sensitivity by enhancing conductivity and surface area of electrode. The increased efficiency of the sensor was identified by SEM and voltammetry such as CV, and DPV. The results showed linearity in the range of 0.1–100 μM of dopamine and the limit of detection(LOD) was 0.098 μM in the presence of ascorbic acid. In conclusion, it can improve efficiency by the modified electrode of sensor to diagnose neural diseases.
