제목 | Nanohybrid for Phenoxy-synthetic Layered Silicate using Hydrothermal Crystallization |
초록 | The development of organic-inorganic hybrid material is applied to various fields. Of many inorganic materials, low cost clay mineral, layered silicate is dispersed in various polymer, then such nanocomposites have many excellent properties and applications. Our Phenoxy-synthetic layered silicate system have the purpose of protective coating above all applications using barrier property from structure of layered silicate. Especially, in the industrial tendency of using waterborne system because of enviornmental reasons, direct synthesis of inorganic layered material in water medium shows better compatibility with water than usage of existing clay. In addition to , particle size of synthtic layered silicate is smaller, so our system is suitable thin film coating. Phenoxy resin is linear epoxy dispersion which is widely used in coatings. In this study, LiF, TEA, Mg(OH)2, SiO2, other organics are used in synthesizing phenoxy-synthetic layered silicate by direct mixing with phenoxy dispersion or in situ synthesis in the presence of phenoxy dispersion. The nano-scale structure of the hybrid composites were characterized by TEM, XRD, etc., in addition, NMR and elemental analysis are also used for further informations. |
