We synthesized graphene-based composites electrocatalyst (GBC) for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) in fuel cells. Owing to efficient nitrogen doping and good structural restoration of graphitic structure, the resultant GBC exhibits superior electrocatalytic activities (high selectivity, outstanding long-term stability and good resistance to methanol crossover) for the ORR in an alkaline electrolyte. Therefore, the approach developed in this study provides a powerful tool for the versatile and scalable production of high-quality graphene-based catalyst for various applications. |
