제목 preparation of highly porous TiO2 nanofibers by electro-spinning using PVP-ethylene glycol solution
초록 Highly porous TiO2 nanofibers with crystalline structure of anatase and high-surface area were prepared by sol-gel process and electro spinning. TiO2 nanofibers were prepared by added pore agent for dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) of high-solar conversion efficiency. In this study, highly porous TiO2 nanofibers were prepared for DSSC by electro spinning to sol-gel process used precursors of titanium tetraisopropoxide (TTIP) and ethylene glycol to pore-forming agent. TiO2 nanofibers prepared using ethylene glycol to pore-forming agent had high-porous in surface morphology. TiO2 nanofibers were prepared by calcinations process. The surface morphology of nanofibers was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and x-ray diffraction (XRD). The average diameter of these nanofibers was 80~150nm. Porosity of nanofibers was characterized using brunauer emmett teller (BET). Structure of the sintered composite was characterized using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA-DSC).
