제목 Easily Synthesized New Small Molecule Electrolytes with Tosylate Ion for Organic Solar Cells
초록 The reduction of a Schottky barrier which can decrease the band offset between the electrodes and the active layer effectively improves the power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of organic solar cells (OSCs). The new materials can be easily synthesized by simple ion exchange reaction and generate a favorable interface dipole. Two types of new small molecule (SM) electrolytes based on tosylate anions are prepared: 2,2’-(ethane-1,2-diylbis(oxy))bis(N,N,N-trimethylethananminium) benzenesulfonate (TEG-M-OTs) and 1,1'-bis(1-dodecyl)-4,4′-bipyridine-1,1′-diium benzenesulfonate (V-C12-OTs). TEG-M-OTs and V-C12-OTs were spin coated as a cathode buffer layer in PTB7:PC71BM-based bulk heterojunction (BHJ) OSCs.
