Graphene has been attracting tremendous attention owing to its fascinating physical properties including quantum electronic transport phenomena, ultrahigh mobility, superb elasticity, thermal conductivity and mechanical strength. Particularly, the outstanding flexibility and optoelectronic properties of graphene are expected to be utilized to replace current transparent conducting film (TCF) technologies for next generation displays. In this talk, the recent advances in graphene synthesis and display-related applications will be reviewed first, and the future direction of graphene research will be discussed. |
