The polymer composites reinforced with multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and carbon black were fabricated for semiconducting layers of high-voltage electrical power cables. The polymer composites were successfully fabricated by melt mixing method by kneader and Twin screw extruder. Materials of composites were used multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT), carbon black, poly(ethylene-co-buthyl acrylate). The morphology and electrical properties of polymer composites were investigated via scanning electron microscope (SEM), laser scanning microscope (LSM), dielectric analysis (DEA) and surface resistance meter (Loresta). |
