System on plastic (SoP) has attracted attention as next generation electronics because of its merit such as low cost, light weight, low temperature processing. Among the many components of electronics, flexible memory is the main obstacle for realizing SoP, as it plays a significant role in electronic systems, including data processing, information storage, and communication with external devices. Resistive random access memory (ReRAM) has attracted attention as a flexible memory due to its advantages of simple structure, low temperature process, and low power consumption. Herein we describes on the innovative approach for development of fully functional flexible memory. Using laser lift-off process, 1kb one selector-one resistor (1S-1R) ReRAM fabricated on glass substrate is transferred to a flexible substrate without any damage. The obtained results may open up new possibilities of realizing high performance flexible electronics. |
