Electrical Property and Structure Analysis of Polydiacetylene-Cyclodextrin Inclusion Complex |
초록 |
Signal transform of sensing events upon recognition of chemical and biological targets is one of the important key issues in construction of novel sensory devices. The devices transmitting electrical signals are considered to have much impact as compatible and integrative with current information technologies. In the previous research, there are some results that the cyclodextrins formed the inclusion complex with various molecules such as polydiacetylene. These inclusion complexes can be used to study the hydrophobic interactions which are so important in biological systems. In this study, we report that cyclodextrins formed rod shape of inclusion complex with polydiacetylene, And I-V characteristics of the inclusion complex which assembled on the electrodes were obtained. Mechanism of electrical signaling and its application will be discussed. |
