제목 Sulfonated poly(arylene ether sulfone) assisted crystallization of copper sulfide nanowires on silicon wafer
초록 A series of partially sulfonated poly(arylene ether sulfone)s were synthesized via SNAr polycondensation. It was found that copper sulfide nanowires up to tens of micrometers long can be grown on silicon wafer in the polymer aqueous solution containing external copper and sulfur sources. SEM and TEM equipped with energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and selected-area electron diffraction (SAED) studies demonstrated the morphology of Cu2S nanowires. Sulfonated polymers played a critical role in the formation of Cu2S nanowires as not only the etchant/transporter of copper, but also structure directing agent. A solid-liquid-solid growth model is proposed as a potential mechanism on the basis of the experimental result.
