| 초록 | Glutamate decarboxylase (GAD) is the only enzyme which canl catalyze the bioconversion from L-glutamate (L-MSG) to gamma aminobutyric acid, a major monomer for a biodegradable polyamide 4. GAD from Escherichia coli was obtained by cultivating anddisrupting the strain, and partially purifying with ammonium sulfate. In the presentwork, we immobilizedthe GADwithincalcium alginate beads and examinedeffects ofthe experimental conditions for entrapment. |
