Interest in bio-interface of solid surface has been increased because it is very important for successful applications of microchip and bio- and chemo-sensors. High biocompatibility and low nonspecific adsorption have been required for the bio-interface. Especially, the alkyl-thiol derivatives have played a critical role on gold surface. In this regard, we have developed novel alkyl-thiol derivatives which can be successfully synthesized by the facile solid phase synthetic method using 2-chlorotrotylchloro (CTC) resin. To confirm the performance, they were applied for the protein binding assay on gold surface, and their property was compared to that of commercial one. |
