Folic acid with Pyrenemethylamine Amidaion after Chemically Reduced Graphene Oxide through π-π Interaction for Cancer Targeting Sensor |
초록 |
Single-sheet graphene given the excellent in-plane mechanical, structural, thermal, and electrical properties. Thus, a large amount of material can be attached to graphene due to a large surface area of graphene via π-π interaction. Folic acid (FA) can target cancer via folic acid receptors, Pyrenemethylamine (PMA) can luminescence because of pyrene group have a structure of four fused benzene rings. Advantage of using, we synthesized that Folic acid-Pyrenemethylamine (FA-PMA) was formed by condensation of the carboxyl group of FA with the amine group of PMA through amide formation. Before, Folic acid-Pyrenemethyl-amine (FA-PMA) attached on chemically reduced graphene oxide (RGO) through π-π interaction. In this study, we expected that RGO/Folic acid-Pyrenemethylamine can be used not only luminescence sensor but also drug delivery for targeting cancer. |
