제목 HYDRODEOXYGENATION OF 2-FURYL METHYL KETONE AS A MODEL COMPOUND IN SACCHARINA JAPONICA BIO-OIL USING IRON PHOSPHIDE CATALYST
초록 The model compound of 2-furyl methyl ketone (2-FMK) a product of pyrolysis oil from Saccharina japonnica was used for hydrodeoxygenation (HDO) using ferrous catalyst prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method supported on γ-Al2O3. The effect of metal loading, reaction temperatures, calcination temperatures and phosphorous addition on catalyst activity and stability were investigated. Catalyst activity increased with increasing calcination temperatures and reaction temperatures, however, activity increased with decreasing metal loading. 5 wt% Fe/γ-Al2O3 with high surface area, showed the highest conversion and yield (92.60% and 79.34%), respectively at calcination temperature of 600 ℃ at 400 ℃. Phosphorous addition to ferrous catalyst showed increase in activity with increasing reaction time and calcination temperature.
