제목 Synthesis and characterization of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)-modified magnetite nanoparticles
초록 The aminosilane-modified magnetite nanoparticles were synthesized by the coprecipitation and surface modification with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES), NH2(CH2)3Si(OC2H5)3, and characterized by x-ray diffractometry(XRD), FT-IR, x-ray photoelectronspectroscopy(XPS), vibration samples magnetometer(VSM). The zeta-potential of magnetite was influenced by pH: great positive charge was shown high under the pH 4 and isoelectric point was found at pH 7. The modified superparamagnetic particles are able to apply protein immobilization, drugs and heavy metal removers.
