제목 High Performance Chiral n-Channel Single Crystal Based Phototransistors with Hydrazine Doping
초록 Supramolecular chirality is a very intriguing property because of its great potential for use in various areas including chemistry, material science, and nanoscience. Here, novel chiral perylene diimides are synthesized and transformed into single crystals using a solvent-diffusion method. Interestingly, different solvents could form different shapes of single crystals. Phototransistors based on an individual single crystal showed a high mobility of 0.25 cm2 V–1s–1, a large photoresponsivity of 187 A W–1, and a detectivity of 1.3 × 1015. Furthermore, after the devices were doped by saturated hydrazine vapor for only 5 minutes, their optoelectronic performances were sharply increased. This study will expedite the development of n-type doping method and chiral organic semiconductors for potential application in organic optoelectronics.
