제목 Synthesis and Properties A-D Type Conjugated Polymer for Interlayer of High Performance Organic Solar Cells
초록 Organic solar cells (OSCs) have been studied for its advantages such as solution processing, low cost and flexibility. Although the researches of active layer materials develop high efficiency of OSCs, mismatch bandgap between active layer and interlayer causes energy loss problem. Zinc oxide is well-known inorganic material used as the electron transport layer (ETL). But it has poor interfacial compatibility and LUMO level alignment with active layer. To solve these problems, we designed and synthesized acceptor-donor(A-D) type polymer as ETL. The naphthalene diimide was used as an acceptor to improve charge carrier mobility because of its high electron affinity and planarity. We selected fluorene as a donor for its facile tunability to achieve favorable energy level alignment. And we introduced selenophene as a spacer for reducing bandgap and improving the charge mobility. The synthesized polymer showed good performance by solving the energy loss problem.
