Formation of dielectric layer on Cu by the electro-polymerizaiton of pyrrole |
| 초록 |
A uniform coating of polypyrrole (PPy) was performed on a patterned Cu-substrate by an electrochemical polymerization in the presence of sodium tartrate(C4H4Na2O6) electrolyte. The condition of the electrochemical polymerization was carefully examined by the concentration of monomer and electrolyte, and applied potential. The formation of PPy dielectric layer was monitored by SEM image. The optimal conditions for the electro-polymerization on Cu-substrate were investigated and discussed. |
