Histamine is an amine secreted in the body that causes skin inflammation and itching. Blood-sucking mites secrete Histamine-binding protein (HBP), which inhibits inflammation by capturing histamine secreted by the host animal. In this study, we designed HBPs that inhibit histamine and agents that suppress skin inflammation. HBP was expressed on the vacuoles of yeast, and it was isolated. HBP vacuoles reacted with histamine secreted by immune stimulation from RAW 264.7 cells, which are immune cells. It was measured by ELISA to confirm that the histamine inhibitory ability was 74.9%. In addition, it was confirmed that phagocytosis, an immune response, was increased by 110% by treating the HBP vacuoles in RAW 264.7. It was proceeded to the in vivo stage and treated in an atopic-induced mouse model. As a result, it was confirmed that the itch action was reduced by 88% in the sample group treated with HBP vacuole and acted 33% faster than the drug-treated sample group, which is a positive control.
