A variety of methods have been explored to recover natural resources from waste water in industrial area. To recover resources, ion exchange method has been highlighted because of low cost and easy process. However, it is pointed out because it requires strong acid. Thus, electrodesoprtion process has recently received great attention because of environment-friendly condition. Herein, we attempted to synthesize three types copolymer-Poly (allylamine-co-methacrylic acid(MAA)), Poly (allylamine-co-(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)(DMAEMA)), Poly (allylamime-co-N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAM))-functionalized having high adsorption property in flake type. Three types of copolymer functionalized with acrylate groups which have strong affinity to metal ions. For better processibility, we synthesized hydrogel microbeads via SPG emulsification and recover metal ions by electrodesorption process. And adsorption capacity of hydrogel microbeads is analyzed by ICP-OES. |
