제목 Spray Pyrolysis Synthesis of BaxSr1-xAl2O4 : Eu2+ phosphor andCharacterization of Luminescent Properties
초록 Eu2+ dopped BaxSr1-xAl2O4phosphors were synthesized by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis at 600oC. The spray solution was prepared by using nitrate-based starting materialsdissolved in D.I water with 0.01M of total concentration. The concentration of Eu dopant was 1 mol% relative to Sr and Ba ion. The prepared particles were sintered at 900oC under H/N (5/95) condition for increasing crystallinity. The shapes of particles were spherical and submiron size with non-aggregation. The BaxSr1-xAl2O4 :Eu2+ were efficiently excitedby UV light around 340nm, and showed broad band emission due to 4f65d1 → 4f7 transition of Eu2+. As the concentration of Sr ion was increased, the emission peaks were shifted to longer wavelength from 500nm to 521nm. From the luminescence behavior of prepared particles, BaxSr1-xAl2O4 :Eu2+ showed the potential green phosphor for UV pumping white LEDs.
