제목 Synthesis and characterization of low band gap polymers based based on diocyl-9H-carbazole-4,7-dithiophen-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole and 2-(4-tert-butyl-phenyl)-5,10-di-thiophen-2-yl-phenanthro[9,10-d]oxazole.
초록 The poly(2,7-carbazole) derivatives have been successfully demonstrated on PLED and OTFT, exhibiting good p-type transporting properties. Also, by comparing with the polymer based carbazole with the position of 3,6-linkage, poly(2,7-carbazole) derivative shows better structural ordering. Therefore, π-conjugated polymer based on carbazole with 2,7-linkage and 4,7-di-thiophen-2-yl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-benzo [1,2,5]thiadiazole (TBT) shows high photon conversion efficiency. We introduce rigid and planar shaped monomer, 2-(4-tert-butyl-phenyl)-5,10-di-thiophen-2-yl-phenanthro[9,10-d]oxazole (PNOX), in the carbazole-TBT polymer backbone. The polymer with PNOX would be exhibited better morphological ordering than that of the polymer without PNOX. We can expect that the photovoltaic performances of the polymer with PNOX will be better than the polymer without PNOX. In this presentation, we will report the synthesis, optical properties and photovoltaic properties of the polymers.
