제목 Synthesis and charactrization of poly(3,4-diethyleneglycolthiophene)
초록 Diethylenetrioxythiophene (DETOT) derivative, 3,4-diethyleneglycolthiophene, DEGT was synthesized by Williamson ether synthesis with 3,4-dihydroxythiophene[DHT] and 2-bromoethyl ether in mild condition. DEGT synthesized was identified by 1H and 13C-NMR and GC/MSD spectra and its physical properties were measured with UV-VIS Spectrometer and Potentiostat/Galvanostat (EG & PARC ; PAR Model 273). These results were compared to those of EDOT (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene). Poly(3,4-diethyleneglycolthiophene), PDEGT was synthesized by electrochemical (potentiostatic) method. Physical properties such as solubility, electrical conductivity etc. of PDEGT will be discussed.
