제목 Preparation high dispersed nano-sized TiO2 colloids through sol-gel method for organic photovoltaic cell
초록 Nano-sized titanium dioxide (TiO2) applied to organic photovoltaic (OPV) cell because of non-toxic, excellent substrate adherence, wide bad gap, and chemical and thermal stability in different environments. To apply nano-sized TiO2 for OPV, the TiO2 colloidal solution was synthesized by sol-gel method. This method is simple and economical way of preparing nano-sized TiO2. In addition, to enhance the dispersed stability, acid treatment was performed. In this study, TiO2 thin films were fabricated using TiO2 colloid and characterized its feature, also the result of application of OPV was measured. The dispersion stability and cell performance characterized by DLS, SEM, UV-vis, and Solar simulator.
