제목 Doping Graphene with Atomically Thin Two Dimensional Molecular Layer
초록 The effective modulation of the electronic structures of graphene is a challenging issue for its applications in high performance graphene-based electronic devices. We demonstrate the controllable, strong, and stable doping of CVD-grown graphene with atomically thin and chemically versatile monolayer graphene oxide (GO) sheets. The doping effects of GO on graphene can be controlled by varying the coverage of GO and its degree of functionality via oxidation and reduction. The proposed doping method also almost maintains the intrinsic roughness and transparency of graphene as well as its long-term conductivity in air. Furthermore, organic thin film transistors with work function tuned graphene/GO electrodes were found to exhibit excellent electrical performances. The proposed method for doping graphene with GO is expected to be useful in the fabrication of optoelectronics such as organic solar cells, organic light-emitting diodes, and OTFTs.
