제목 3D-printed carbon-based conductive membrane electrodes for the electrochemical CO2 reduction
초록 During the practical application of carbon-based electrodes, limitations in shape and mechanical strength are the main hurdle. In this study, the honeycomb structure of carbon-based conductive membrane electrode was successfully prepared by a DLP type 3D printer with conductive ink blended by MWCNTs and UV-curable polymers for the electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction process. 3D-printed electrode exhibited excellent electrochemical as well as mechanical properties, that high-strength (362.5 ± 157.5 MPa) and high-conductive electrode (36.2 ± 6.3 S/cm). For the next step, Cu-based catalytic nanoparticles will be incorporated on the surface of MWCNTs for the reductive conversion of CO2 by electrochemical reaction.
