제목 An universal electron transport material with spirobenzofluorene based phosphine oxide for efficient electron injection in blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes
초록 We have designed and synthesized a new electron transport material for blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diode (PHOLED) based on the phosphine oxide and spirobenzofluorene moiety. 2-diphenylphosphine oxide-spiro[fluorene-7,11′-benzofluorene] (SPPO2) was synthesized with chlorodiphenylphosphine by phosphonation and compared with tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminium (Alq3) as an electron transport material blue PHOLED. The current density of SPPO2 device was more than doubled compared with those of Alq3 and Bphene devices even though showed low LUMO energy level of SPPO2 at 2.4 eV.
