제목 | Concentration variation of TNT RED WATER that treatmented by compressor and continuous drum crystallizer according to compression ratio |
초록 | Red water is generated in the process of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) production. These waste effluents have high loads of non-degradable organics which are difficult to treat. Previous Conventional technologies applied to treat this are associated with higher energy expenditure and secondary pollution. However the cooling crystallization has the lower energy expenditure and no secondary pollution and no require addition of chemicals. In the study, 100-fold diluted TNT red water is cooling crystalized using continuous drum crystallizer. after then it is compressed up 0 - 80% at the column that connected temperature controller while melting by 25℃. Concentration of 100-fold diluted TNT red water is 150ppm. When red water treatment as compression ratio 80% and melting temperature 25℃, concentration of product is 1.4ppm.
