Electrical Detection of GABA as a Biomarker of Parkinson's Disease using Silicon Nanowire Field-Effect Device |
초록 |
GABA(γ-aminobutyric acid) is a biomarker of Parkinson's disease. In this study, electrical detection of GABA was performedusing Si NW(Siliicon Nanowire) field-effect device. Antibody against GABA was immobilized on Si NW which was fabricated on SOI(Silicon onInsulator) waferby using electron-beam lithography. Then, the electrical detection of GABA was performed by semiconductor parameter analyzer as GABA solutions were applied.
