제목 PES hollow fiber membrane plant for CO2 separation from flue gas
초록 Membrane-based gas separation is one of the most promising technologies for CO2 capture and other industries. Due to the enormous amount of flue gases, it is very important to reduce the capture cost including gas pretreatment, separation, and purification, etc. In this study, we have designed multi-stage membrane plant for CO2 separation. The PES hollow fiber membrane plant is composed of 4 to 5-stages of membrane cascade, compressor and pipelines, etc. 1,000 Nm3/day of feed gas including 12% CO2 is treated to meet 99% of CO2 purity and 90% of CO2 recovery ratio at permeate of the fourth stage.
