Surfactant-assisted Design of Nanostructures inside Polymeric Microspheres |
| 초록 |
Fabrication of structured colloids has received much attention due to their broad range of applications in the production of impact-resistant polymers, coatings, adhesives, etc. Recently, we fabricated structured particles of block copolymer and homopolymer blends by using emulsion based method and it was reported that the surface layer of onion-like block copolymer particles could be controlled by the kind of surfactant. In this presentation, the effect of surfactants on the internal morphology of blend particles of block copolymer and homopolymer will be discussed and the surface morphology and the internal structure of the particles observed by SEM and TEM will be reported. |
