제목 Impact modification of Polypropylene nanocomposite
초록 Side-chain extended polypropylene nanocomposites were prepared by compounding maleated EPR(EPR-g-MA) and maleated PP with organophilic clay modified with hexamethylene diamine(HMDA, Aldrich CHem, and Jeff amine D-230, Huntsman). The formation of characteristic amide linkage and the semi-exfoliation structure between silicate layers are confirmed. In the XRD results, they show exfolated sturecture. In DSC resutls, we can find the different behavior depending on component. The amine treated silicate layers may take a effect on crystallization process. Generally, the nanocomposites from maleated PP show a enhancement compared to those of maleated EPR.
