The growth of nano-diamond is one of the most interesting subjects due to novel properties as high hardness, chemical inertness and large band-gap. Therefore, a lot of techniques of growth have been shown clearly before now. And, all of them aim to make Diamond with the big size for using in jewelry or to use in protect surface of equipments. In recent years, the discovery of Graphene, 2D material, has made new applications of carbon material. In this paper, for using in nano-capacitor with Graphene, we show that diamond was grown on Copper foil at 1000W, 25Torr for 2h with flow of CH4/H2 gas mixture. The clusters of Diamond were formed on the Copper surface. The Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) was used to investigate the morphology of Diamond. Finally, the sp3 bond of Diamond was presented by Raman spectroscopy. |
