제목 전이금속촉매에 의한 에티닐페놀 화합물의 중합거동 및 합성한 폴리(에티닐페놀)의 특성 연구
초록 Conjugated polymer systems obtained from acetylene derivatives have been studied as organic semiconductors, as membranes for gas separation and for liquid-mixture separation, and as materials for chemical sensors. We studied on the polymerization behaviors of phenolic compounds with acetylenic functionalities and the thermal and physical properties of the resulting polymers. The polymerization of ethynylphenols by tungsten-based catalysts proceeded well to give a high yield of polymer. The resulting polymers were mostly brown or black powders. The instrumental analysis on the polymer structure indicated that the polymer have a conjugated backbone system with the hydroxy phenyl substituents. The thermal and physical properties of the resulting polymers were also discussed.
