제목 | Design and Synthesis of A New Energetic prepolymer, poly(glycidyl-2,2-dinitropropyl formal) |
초록 | For the purpose of the increase in the performance and thermal stability of PBX's, the role of binders is very important. In the previous energetic binders, they contains the nitrate group by energetic group, resulting the decrease of thermal stability. In this study, we successfully synthesized the new energetic binder, poly(glycidyl-2,2-dinitropropyl formal). 1. We designed and synthesized the new energetic monomer glycidyl-2,2-dinitro propyl formal. 2. We set up the best reaction condition of allyl-2,2-dinitropropyl-formal 3. GDNPF was polymerized by cationic polymerization, their Mn was 2500 and PDI was 1.17. 4. The important physical properties : Tg = -23.8℃, Viscosity(at 25℃)=800poise, Decomposition Onset(℃) > 200℃ |
