제목 유-무기 하이브리드형 일방향 탄소/탄소 복합재료의 물성
초록 A comparative study using mechanical flexural tests and the interlaminar shear
strength (ILSS) by the shot-beam test was carried out to determine the effect ofphenolic resin with and without MoSi2 in carbon-carbon composites (C/C composites).The composites had been fabricated in the form of unidirectional polyacrylonitrile basedcarbon fibers impregnated with phenolic resin. It was found that the composites madewith MoSi2 powder result in better mechanical properties. Also the data obtained fromthe interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) by the shot-beam test appeared to show that thecomposites made with MoSi2 powder were more ductile. These results may be theresult of the degree of adhesion at the interface between the fiber and the matrix. Thebulk density and apparent porosity were correlated with the mechanical test results.
