제목 Developments of Implantable Stent Coating Materials: The Zinc Nanoparticles Contained in Biocompatible Nanofibers
초록 Polyurethane (PU) was wide spectrum of biomedical applications such as adhesive, coating, implants, and biomaterials, because of PU good mechanical properties and biocompatibility. The metal implants stent has significant problems such as bleeding, perforation, tumor in-growth and hyperplasia. We reported development nanofiber contain zinc nanoparticles (ZnNPs) contained biocompatible nanofibers for metal stent coating. In this study, we blended polyurethane-poly(caprolactone) (PU-PCL) with ZnNPs. And then, electrospun ZnNPs contained PU-PCL on the surface of metal stent. That’s nanofibers can be improved biocompatibility of metal stent. The physicochemical properties of ZnNPs contained PU-PCL nanofibers were confirmed Mechanical properties.
