Heart disease is well known as a variety of the heart or blood vessels disorders which leading cause of death in the world wide. Bioresorbable stent is the scaffold that used into lumen of vessel to keep passageway. Fully bioresorbable stent, natural dissolving stents, have been investigated for treatment of the disease. Bioresorbable stent still have limitation of thrombosis compare to commercial stent. we fabricated bioresorbable stents by 3D printing system. The bioresorbable stent coated polydopamine and heparin to improvement thrombosis. This study carry out mechanical property and hemocompatable properties and in vivo assessment of the fully bioresorbable stents. |
