The prepared Az-O-CMC derivative was characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR.The photo-reactive Az-O-CMC was investigated for hardening rate and cross-linking maintainability depending on the time and concentration. Photo-mask was used for observation of photo-immobilization and the cytotoxicity was confirmed by MTT assay. 3T3-L1 cells were cultured on the plate to determine for adhesion between cell and photo-immobilized Az-O-CMC. And the protein release test was measured using BSA for check on immobilizing effect of the prepared Az-O-CMC. This study provided the characterization of Az-O-CMCderivative and indicated that immobilization of Az-O-CMC will be useful for medical application of protein-immobilization. |
