제목 Efficient protein immobilization membranewith the perpendicularly aligned polymer arraycontaining “nanoparticle in nanotube” structure
초록 The polypyrrole “particle in nanotube” structure is constructed in the pore of AAO membrane by one-pot synthetic method. Polypyrrole monomer was introduced by vapor phase into the AAO membrane containing Pluronic block copolymer. Surface of particle in nanotube structure could be facilely functionalized with amine or carboxylic acid groups by graft polymerization of amino and carboxylic acid pyrrole. The FITC tagged Streptavidin was immobilized on the surface functional groups by one step (with carboxylic acid groups) or two step conjugation (with biotinlayted amine groups). Because the nanoparticle in nanotube structure provides higher surface area than the nanotubes only, the membrane containing this structure could be used as a high performance protein immobilization membrane. In addition, this could be extended to the disease diagnosis membrane and enzyme catalytic membrane reactor.
