제목 Catecholamine Bioink for 3D Bioprinting
초록 Mussel-inspired coatings, representative as polydopamine, on medical devices have aroused great interest due to its unique property, such as universality and versatility. From the understanding of mussel-inspired coatings, a mussel-inspired adhesive polymer, Chi-C,  have developed. The Chi-C has the catechols and amines groups which is the essential components for adhesive. In this paper, we demonstrated the 3D bioprinting using Chi-C as a bioink.  The  Chi-C based ink was directly injected into normal cell culture media with good shape fidelity and printability. After printing into media, Chi-C based ink formed a complex  with serum proteins in media. The printed Chi-C based ink converted to hydrogel spontaneously without any additional additive or process for gelation. Moreover, after the printing process using cell-laden bioink, most of the cells in Chi-C based bioink shows high cell viability. Ths results indicate that the Chi-C could be a promising ink material for 3D bioprinting.
