Platinum catalysts supported on single graphene nanosheet have been prepared as catalysts for PEM fuel cells. Graphene oxide(GO) was prepared from natural graphite flake according to modified Hummer's method and exfoliation by dispersing in water. It was characterized using FT-IR, XRD and AFM analysis. Upon reducing so-obtained GO, reduced graphene nanosheet(RGS) was then obtained. Pt-graphene catalyst was prepared by mixing H2PtCl6·xH2O in acetone with RGS. For the Pt-graphene catalyst, XRD and TEM were employed to investigate the structural properties and dispersion of platinum particles. And Electrochemical activity test was carried out with cyclic voltammetry(CV). |
