In this work, adsorption behavior on Li-impregnated activated carbon iss investigated. Alkali cations show different electro-negativity.Li element possesses high electro-negativity but strong quadruple moment which is preferred to adsorb CO2. Through various surface treatment of activated carbon, the adsorption behavior of alkali-impregnated activated carbon is investigated and compared with that of ETS-4 with regard to adsorption capacity. In addition, mesoporous carbon is also investigated through surface modification. |
